Prices are taken from your balance only when an action runs. If it fails, the money goes straight back.
Questions
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. You add money to your wallet when you need it, and pay only for the actions you run. There’s nothing to cancel.
Can I use one balance on every tool?
Yes. One account and one balance work on the LinkedIn profile audit, Reel Radar and every new tool we add.
What happens if something fails?
If an AI action or a reel pull doesn’t finish, the full amount is refunded to your balance automatically. You’ll see the refund in your history.
Does my balance run out over time?
No. Unused balance stays in your account for next time.
How long does a payment take to confirm?
Usually a few hours, and always less than 24. You’ll get an email as soon as it’s confirmed, and the payment page updates by itself.
How do I see what I’ve spent?
Your dashboard shows your balance and a full history of every top-up, charge and refund, with the tool and date.
I lost my access code. What do I do?
Go to the log in page and choose “Forgot your code?”. We’ll email a new code to the address you paid with.
